"The Sri Lankan police said that they nabbed a senior Tamil Tiger rebel and a boat which supplied fuel to the rebels, police sources said on Thursday."

"The arrest was made on Wednesday in the northern district of Mannar. Several other arms and equipment were also seized, the police said."
